Here’s how:
- Open the QIB Mobile App.
- Tap on “Forgot Username / Password?” on the login screen.
- Select what you want to do:
- Reset Password
- Retrieve Username
- Unblock Access
Depending on your selection, you’ll be guided through one of two quick verification options to confirm your identity:
- Using your QID and registered mobile number, or
- Using your Debit Card details
Once verified, you can retrieve your username, create a new password, or instantly unblock your access.
