How to apply

Submit a request letter
Existing merchants can apply by submitting a formal request letter for SoftPOS, signed by the authorized signatories of the business.

Open a QIB Current Account
New customers must first open a QIB Current Account to start the SoftPOS application and link their business for payment services.

Complete the Merchant Agreement
Fill in and sign the Merchant Agreement carefully to ensure your business details, authorized signatories, and account information are fully recorded.

Visit the POS Hub with documents
Submit the signed Merchant Agreement along with your CR, QID copies, Commercial Certificate, and Establishment ID at the QIB POS Hub office.
