Smooth login and easy-to-use interfaces

The QIB Mobile App features secure and smart biometric login, and a self-registration option that allows you to access and navigate the app in a few simple steps.

On the pre-login page, you can self-register instantly using your QID, mobile number and active Debit Card. If you are not a QIB customer yet, you can open a new account remotely in just a few minutes with no need to visit a QIB branch.

Customized Dashboard

The new homepage design will be your gateway to a completely new financial experience that caters to your needs.

The homepage offers you quick and easy access to your most used products and services that display in an intuitive and structured way, with the additional option to customize and set your personal preferences. Products and services that are most important to you will appear first for faster access.

All your banking products in one place

The QIB Mobile App has compiled all the products you are subscribed to under a convenient tab called ‘My Products’. You can now quickly have an overview of all your accounts, Credit Card, Takaful, investment, and finances in one place.

In addition to a fast access to your Mobile Banking app, you will be able to view your deposits and investments and find handy shortcuts to additional services such as increasing your Credit Card limit temporarily, postponing your finance Instalments, or applying for more products.

‘Pay & Transfer’ made easy

For a seamless experience, all your payment and transfer services are now grouped together through the ‘Pay & Transfer’ tab.

Here is where you can place all your payment-related requests, including your local and international transfers. All transactions can be accomplished in few steps; customers will not have to re-fill information that is already registered in the system to simplify and fast-track the process.

Through the More button, it takes only one click to access a variety of additional banking services. You can instantly find useful tools such as currency exchange and convertors, request a service linked to your existing account, card or Takaful, you can also apply for almost every type of products, subscribe to future IPOs electronically, and review your cheque history.

Customize your profile & settings

Placed conveniently at the top of the screen, the QIB Mobile App users can easily access their Profile to update their personal information, upload documents or set their app settings preference.

Through the Profile button, you can upload your profile photo, set up your display theme, log out of the app, and view your notifications. You can also update all your personal information and contact details, change your password, your preferred language, and font size. Users will also now be able to upload and update their account documents such as their QID, Passport, salary certificate, and other documents through the same tab so they can continue to enjoy all QIB products and services with no interruptions and no need to visit a branch.
